A Simple but Fun Day

We had a really great day! And accomplished a lot simultaneously. Jason found an avenue for language worth trying, I finished the bookshelf, studied Hindi, & baked a lot! We had a morning play date with Kamden's friend, Joy, because Kiley got to spend the week with friends while we were at the doctor. But this evening we had a ton of fun playing "mystery" (Kiley's idea because she's been reading some kid mystery books). The picture below is of the suspects and the guilty! Once Jason got home, he jumped right into action making up a real mystery for the girls to solve. Of course, I ended up as the "bad guy". And, we bought a little car for the girls to ride around on the roof. Sadly, it turned out far too cheap to actually use outside, but the girls absolutely LOVE it on these marble floors! It really was a fun day!
